Host virtual meditations

What’s involved

When students are encouraged to meditate and practice mindfulness, they are more likely to foster resilience, check in with their emotions, build patience, and deepen connections with family and friends.

Virtual meditations allow students the opportunity to do all of this in a safe space, in a plug-and-play environment that is easy to provide both as a virtual and in-person educator.
